Shipping
In-stock items: Please allow 1-2 days for handling time. We primarily ship with USPS that also includes a tracking number.

Pick-up orders
We are online only; we do not have a pick-up option at the moment.
Although, shoppers located in San Diego will only experience a shipping transit time of 1 day, so it's still fast to get your order in-hand!

Preorder/backorder items
Your estimated ship date is locked and noted in cart and upon checkout. After placing your order, you can find the estimated date again with your order confirmation email.

Refunds/Exchanges
All items are custom-made. Due to this nature, we are unable offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of item delivery, and we will work with you on a solution.
